If I am selected to be an exhibitor for Carolina Soul Festival, I agree to release and hold harmless and indemnify the Carolina Soul Festival Promoters, Community Movement Alliance, and all it's partners, directors, employees and volunteers, from any responsibility, personal liability, loss or damage in connection with the festival.
